trust me when I say that I’ve been there.
so put down the knife, or lighter, or blade, or whatever and get mad.
throw something, draw something, write an angry letter, rip it up, scream at the top of your lungs, go for a run, listen to music, get creative, call a...
I guess the main lesson here is to never give up.
On anything, or anyone at anytime.
If it’s worth it, keep going.
